“Client Data“ contains your personal details as name, address, fax or phone number and e-mail address. You can simply change some of mentioned information any time.

Here you can check the status of the reservations completed throught the website. Also, you can modify or cancel your present reservations.

As soon as you provide payment accommodation voucher appears here. You have to print it out and show at the hotel reception.

If you are registered you may pay by bank transfer, so here you can print off your proforma bill.

If you need a bill for accommodation, just print it off here as soon as you pay. The bill for the other servises (transfer, excursion, guide..) will be arranged by our accounting department accounting@1bigeurope.com on request.
