We would need to know your flight details as flight number, cities (from - to), airport, time of arrival. We will confirm the reservation of your transportation separately. Also please mention that you have already booked accommodation with us and your reservation number or voucher number.

HOW TO BOOK GUIDE SERVICE?

If you book accommodation with us and need to book guide service, dont hesitate to contact our Customer Support Center. We would need to know your itinerary as the date and time you need the guide for. We will confirm the reservation of the guide service separately. Also please mention that you have already booked accommodation with us and your reservation number or voucher number.

VISA SUPPORT

If you book accommodation with us and need to get some document for your visa application, dont hesitate to contact our Customer Support Center. We would need to know your passport details as the full name as mentioned in the passport, date of birth, passport number and citizenship. We will send your visa support letter as soon as possible. Also please mention that you have already booked accommodation with us and your reservation number or voucher number. Visa support might be provided free as well as for aditional payment.
